This is the last year for the Premio. Toyota stopped making it, and the Allion, in March 2021. From January 2027 only 2022 and newer cars can be imported, so no new Premio can come after December 2026.
At this money, a newer car is the better buy. Our first pick is the RAV4 2WD (MXAA52); a hybrid Harrier starts at about ৳58–60 Lakh.

Better Cars Than the Premio at This Budget
We can’t bring new Premios after this year, and it would not be our first choice anyway. Toyota and Honda now offer much newer cars at this money. Compare them before you decide:

The range runs from the basic 1.5F to the top EX packages. Auction grade, mileage and colour also move the price. Prices have climbed this far because no new cars are being made and very few reach the auctions.

What Changed on the Late Premio
- June 2016: the last facelift brings Bi-Beam LED headlights and Toyota Safety Sense C.
- September 2019: stability control with steering assist and hill start assist are added.
- July 2020: the 2.0 L engine is dropped, so a 2021 Premio has no 2.0G or G Superior.
- October 2020: a new meter with a 4.2-inch colour screen.
- March 2021: production of the Premio and Allion ends.
What to Check Before Buying a 2021 Premio
- Build month: production ended in March 2021, so a true 2021 car was built in the first three months of the year.
- Package: confirm it on the auction sheet and match it to the lights, wheel and key.
- CVT: take-off should be smooth, with no shudder.
- Stop-start on the 1.5 L: if the engine never stops at a light, ask about the battery.
- Underbody: look for scrapes, and for rust on cars from snowy areas.

All three have the 1.5 L engine. The FL (L package) adds push-button start, automatic AC and better fabric seats. The F EX (EX package) also adds LED headlights, synthetic leather seats and a leather-and-wood steering wheel.
Does the 2021 Premio have a G Superior or 2.0 L engine?
No. The 2.0 L was dropped in July 2020. A 2021 Premio is either a 1.5F or a 1.8X.
Is the Toyota Premio a hybrid?
No. It has only petrol engines.
