Can I pre-order without visiting the office?
Yes. Many clients complete the process online through WhatsApp, phone and email, with every important approval confirmed in writing.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 60–100 days from purchase in Japan (estimate). Timelines can vary with shipping, port and customs processes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, mobile financial services and online payment, as confirmed in your booking documents.
Is the booking amount refundable?
Before the vehicle is purchased in Japan, 100% of the booking amount is refunded within 7–15 working days (third-party gateway/bank charges excluded). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
